The last few mock drafts I have done have followed my "no trade" rule. In those Mocks, I play the role of GM for each team, but when they get on the clock, I have to make the pick. I am not allowed to trade it. This draft, I still play the role of GM for each team, and try to make the best decision for each franchise based on my interpretation of their team needs, and my evaluation of the individual players, however, this time, I allow myself to wheel and deal.
For those looking for a "prediction" of what might actually occur on draft day, this is not it. Instead, this is me having a little fun and trying to make each team better, while reaching mutually beneficial deals. If I make a deal, I will list the compensation in parenthetical notation after each selection.
So lets get to it. We cover the first 4 rounds here, with commentary on each pick in the first two.
1. Tampa Bay Buccaneers - Jameis Winston, QB, FSU
My concerns with the Bucs selecting Winston are well documented, however, at this point Jameis is still the top QB prospect on my board, and the Bucs must get some help under center. Don't buy the hype that Winston is the "complete package" at QB though. He has some weaknesses in his game, but he still presents a better option for the Bucs than Mariotta who really needs to learn the QB position in a pro style offense. Is there risk with this pick, yes. Is it still the best choice for Tampa right now, yes.
2. New York Jets via Tennessee (Jets give up 2015 1st and 2nd & 2016 1st) - Marcus Mariotta, QB, Oregon
Tennessee is looking to trade out at 2 by holding a Mariotta raffle, and with Cleveland heavy in the bidding the Jets move up to ensure the acquisition of their future signal caller. Almost no one sees Gino Smith as the answer for the Jets, so getting the quality character along with the athleticism and skills that Mariotta brings is worth the cost to New York. Too many big things happening in the AFC East for the Jets to not make this move.
3. Chicago Bears via Jacksonville (Bears give up 2015 1st and 3rd & 2016 1st) – Leonard Williams, DE, USC
As soon as the Jets choose Mariotta, the Jags start shopping their pick heavily for Williams. The Bears jump because the opportunity to grab the best overall player in this class at a position of need is too big to pass on. Chicago's defense has been slipping, and last year they were simply bad. Williams becomes the cornerstone which Chicago can rebuild the Monsters of the Midway around.
4. Oakland Raiders - Amari Cooper, WR, Alabama
The Raiders too would look to move down here, but with Atlanta unwilling to meet the price to come up, the Raiders instead sit tight and add the playmaker at wideout to pair with their young QB. Cooper is still to me the most complete WR in the class, and thus still the choice for the Raiders here. The team has other needs too, but they have all draft to address them.
5. Washington Redskins - Dante Fowler, LB, Florida
Washington is in a great position in this draft, and could allow for the draft to come to them. Here they wait and are rewarded with Dante Fowler, who is the best pass rushing LB in this class. Fowler can immediately step into the role vacated by Brian Orakpo, and start helping the defense get pressure on the QB. In turn this makes the whole team better.
6. Tennessee Titans via Jets - Malcolm Brown, DT, Texas
With the first pick the Titans get from New York for the Mariotta trade, the Titans address a need on their defensive front, and add the big man from Texas, Malcolm Brown. Many experts have Brown rated lower than this, but I believe in what I saw, and Brown is a big boy with big potential. He doesn't project as highly as Williams, but with the state of the Titans right now, he steps in as an immediate upgrade up front.
7. Jacksonville Jaguars via Chicago - Vic Beasley, LB, Clemson
The Jags get this selection thanks to their earlier deal, and they use it to address their Leo position. Beasley is a very good football player, and project very well in Gus Bradley's defense. Although the team would likely prefer Fowler here, they would no doubt rather the Beasley + the extra picks they get for the trade.
8. Cleveland Browns via Atlanta (Browns give up 2015 1st and 3rd) - Danny Shelton, NT, Washington
The Browns have a lot of firepower in this draft, and after failing to move up to 2 to get their QB, they instead choose to move up here to get in position for Shelton. Shelton is the top true 0-technique in this class, and his surprisingly nimble technique makes him a must add for the NT needy Browns. Giving up a third is well worth it if Shelton can develop into the cornerstone this d-line so badly needs.
9. New York Giants - Brandon Scherff, OT, Iowa
The G-men must get help on both the offensive and defensive lines. Shereff is the top o-lineman on my board, and gives the Giants a guy who can play either tackle or guard at the next level. This flexibility allows for New York to continue to develop its other young pieces, and assemble a line made up of their 5 best players rather then the best player at each of the 5 o-line positions.
10. St Louis Rams - Kevin White, WR, West Virginia
Despite all of the action in front of them, Jeff Fisher and company will sit tight, and still be in a position to land their man in Kevin White. White is very talented, and will immediately provide the Rams with a sizable weapon, who can take some pressure off thier diminutive burners. Joining a team with two other former Moutaineer receivers will make White feel right at home quickly.
11. Pittsburgh Steelers via Minnesota (Pitt give up 2015 1st and 2016 1st) - Trae Waynes, CB, Michigan State
Even before the Polomalu retirement, it was a well known fact that Pittsburgh has to revamp their secondary. Getting Waynes nets them the top CB prospect in this class, and although giving up a 1 next year is expensive, they have to pay up to move up so far. Waynes immediately improves this secondary by giving them a shut down corner to build around.
12. Atlanta Falcons via Cleveland - La'El Collins, OT, LSU
After moving down from 8, the Falcons are still in a great position to build-up their franchise. One of the primary reasons Dallas overachieved last year was because of their o-line. Last year, the Falcons added Jake Matthews. Adding Collins now gives them bookends which will immediately improve the whole offense. Collins is a talented guy who could easily man the right side of this line for the next decade.
13. New Orleans Saints - Randy Gregory, OLB, Nebraska
Gregory has fallen down my ranking after failing his third drug test at this year's combine. My reasoning is that it shows a lack of dedication to his craft, and makes me question how dedicated he will be to his team. Still he is a guy with high potential. If he can add enough size to withstand the punishment his body will take, he could be an outstanding rusher off the edge. With the Saints so in need of front seven talent, Gregory gives them a step in that direction.
14. Cincinnati Bengals via Miami (Bengals give up 2015 1st and 2nd) - Landon Collins, S, Alabama
The Dolphins will consider taking Devante Parker or Landon Collins, but the chance to add another 2nd in this draft will be too tempting to pass on. The Bengals are a very good team, and stepping up to get Collins will make them even better. The resigning of Michael Johnson make them less needy at pass rusher, so spending to grab Collins makes sense.
15. San Francisco 49ers - Denzel Perryman, ILB, Miami
The Niners have had a very tough offseason, and they have a bunch of wholes to fill. What has suddenly become the most pressing one is their hole at MLB. Perryman is the top on my board, just slightly in front of the other 3 1st round MLB talents. Perryman chases down ball carriers all over the field and although he is not Willis, he can become very good with good coaching.
16. Baltimore Ravens via Houston (Ravens give up 2015 1st and 2nd) - Devante Parker, WR, Louisville
With their need at the wideout position from the defection of Torrey Smith and Jacoby Jones, and the age of their other starter Steve Smith Sr, the Ravens make a bold move and part with a second rounder this year to get Parker who has inexplicably fallen a bit in the round. Parker immediately become the 2 in Baltimore, and will develop into the 1 in short order. With the talent at the position in this draft, don't be surprised to see Baltimore go to this wide out pool again during the draft.
17. Philadelphia Eagles via San Diego (Eagles give up 2016 3rd) - Jalen Strong, WR, Arizona State
With Parker gone and KC on deck, the Eagles have to make a move up the board to ensure they can get one of the wide receivers they have targeted. Chip Kelly is remaking the roster in Philly, and with Maclin now in KC, the Eagles add Strong to their stable of young pass catchers acquired last year.
18. Kansas City Chiefs - Dorial Green Beckham, WR, Missouri
And the run on wide receivers continues. Although they added Jeremy Maclin this offseason, KC still has to do more though. Sure Green Beckham has been troubled in the past, but if he can get passed his issues, he could be a big time impact player. Many say he has Megatron like talent, and from what I have seen on tape, I agree.
19. Cleveland Browns via Buffalo - Benardrick McKinney, LB, Mississippi State
After moving up to get Shelton earlier, the Browns would have considered adding a wide out here, but with Parker, Strong, and Green Beckham all gone, they continue to stock up on defense. McKinney is long and rangy and should be able to step in as a starter on the inside from day 1.
20. San Diego via Philadelphia - Melvin Gordon, RB, Wisconsin
A lot of folks have moved Todd Gurley to the top of the RB class, but with him coming off his injury, I still see Gordon as slightly ahead. He can come in as a starter from day 1, and he showed in college he can get both the tough yards, and still hit the home run too. San Diego slides down a few spots, adds a 3 next year, and still gets their guy.
21. Oakland Raiders via Miami via Cincinnati (Raiders give up 2015 2nd and 3rd) - Shane Ray, DE, Missouri
It is said that fortune favors the bold. Count both Oakland and Miami as bold. After trading down to this pick with Cincy, the Phins deal down again. Oakland moves back up into the first round to add the talented Missouri pass rushing specialist. Oakland is hoping that Ray can turn into another Aldon Smith, minus the emotional instability. If they are correct, the cost of moving up will be well worth it to the Raiders.
22. Minnesota Vikings via Pittsburgh - Eric Kendricks, ILB, UCLA
Taking this pick from Pittsburgh keeps Minnesota in position to address one of their most outstanding needs with a guy that some have rated as the top ILB in this class. Kendricks is fast and plays aggressively, and he will bring that to Minnesota where they have lost some attitude since the defection of the aging Jared Allen.
23. Denver Broncos via Detroit (Broncos give up 2015 1st and 3rd) - Paul Dawson, ILB, TCU
With Kendricks coming off the board, John Elway decides that he can wait no longer, and moves up a few spots to ensure he can land the last of the first round ILB prospects. Paul Dawson is rated by some ahead of some or all of the ILBs already drafted, and he fits well into the Denver scheme. Playing between Von Miller and Demarcus Ware won't hurt his development either.
24. Tennessee Titans via Arizona (Titans give up 2015 2nd and 3rd) - DJ Humphries, OT, Florida
With all of the top ILBs gone, Arizona is willing to move down a little so they look for a trade partner. With Humphries still available, and Carolina on deck, Tennessee decides to give away a little from what they added with their move down earlier, and move back into the first to land the Florida tackle. Humphries is a very technically sound prospect who blocks using his legs and footwork first. Tennessee will be able to bookend him with last year's first round selection in Taylor Lewan, giving them a young pair to anchor the front for the foreseeable future.
25. Carolina Panthers - Jalen Collins, CB, LSU
Sure Carolina was sitting tight hoping for Humphries to fall, but with Tennessee's move, they instead grab the talented kid from LSU to plug their hole at corner. Collins is very fast, and shows the ability to hold up in both man-to-man and zone schemes. Getting him this late in round 1 is a real value add for the Panthers.
26. Houston Texans via Baltimore - Eli Harold, LB, Virginia
Although not as high as a during my last draft, I still see Eli Harold as a very good ball player. I think he can become an impact linebacker if he simply develops more technique to pair with his athleticism. With the Texans adding this pick to allow Baltimore to trade up earlier, they get Harold to fill a spot vacated by Brooks Reed. Harold would fit well in this system.
27. Dallas Cowboys - Bud Dupree, OLB, Kentucky
Now that Greg Hardy is in the fold in Dallas, they have a bit more flexibility with this selection. I think it comes down to Gurley or Dupree. Although Gurley would be tempting, I thing grabbing Dupree makes more sense. The defense still needs help, and Dupree is rated by some as a top ten pick. Although I dont have him that high because I don't see him as complete enough yet, no one can get more from him than Rod Marinelli.
28. Detroit Lions via Denver Broncos - Eddie Goldman, DT, FSU
Detroit traded down and is still able to add Eddie Goldman to begin to replace what was lost with Suh and Fairly both skipping town. Goldman played well this past year, and did an excellent job of filling the front for this Seminole's defense. Alone he won't be a full replacement, but he does start the Lions in that direction.
29. Indianapolis Colts - Todd Gurley, RB, Georgia
Indy tried to trade up to Houston's 26th pick overall to grab Gurley in front of the Cowboys, but they were not willing to part with the compensation needed. Instead, the stayed pat, and Gurley falls to them. Gurley is exceptionally talented, and thanks to the addition of Frank Gore in the offseason, there is no need for the Colts to rush Gurley onto the field too soon. Once the season starts getting longer, he will be there to keep Gore fresh before taking over full time next season.
30. Tampa Bay Buccaneers via Green Bay (Bucs give up 2015 2nd and 5th and 2016 4th) - Owamagbe Odighizuwa, DE, UCLA
The Bucs seize an opportunity here to hop in front of their division rivals, and grab one of the top 4-3 DEs in this class. Adrian Clayborn has moved on from Tampa, and Odighizuwa has all of the skills needed to replace him and then some. He is a little raw, but we saw what JPP did for the Giants in his rookie season. The Bucs will be looking for some of that from the UCLA product.
31. Jacksonville Jaguars via New Orleans via Seattle (Jags give up 2015 2nd and 3rd) - Marcus Peters, CB, Washington
After having already added Vic Beasley to help the pass rush, the Jags give picks to the Saints to move up into the spot they acquired in the Jimmy Graham deal. They they add the talented yet troubled Marcus Peters, right in front of the CB needy Patriots. Peters ran into trouble at Washingtion, but he has the talent to be an excellent corner at the pro level. Considering how much talent Jacksonville still needs, this is an excellent risk for them.
32. New England Patriots - Arik Armstead, DT, Oregon
This pick comes down to a decision between Wake Forest corner, Kevin Johnson, and the Oregon DT, Arik Armstead. With long term stalwart, Vince Wilfork now in Texas the Pats have to do something to replace him. Armstead is not cut in the same mold as Wilfork, but would be a valuable piece to the Super Bowl Champs puzzle, if he shows that his performance in the National Title game was the beginning of him reaching his potential, and not just a spark of something to never be seen again. Armstead has all of the tools, but to date has been an under performer. If anyone can get the best out of him though, it would be Bill Belichick.
33. Arizona Cardinals via Tennessee - Stephone Anthony, LB, Clemson
The Cards land this pick because of their deal with Tennessee in the first round. Here they can still add a talented ILB in Anthony, without reaching too much. He presents much greater value, and less risk here at 33 than he would have late in the first. Anthony can cover ground and plays faster than he times. In Arizona's defense, I see him as an excellent fit.
34. Green Bay Packers via Tampa Bay - Jordan Phillips, NT, Oklahoma
The Pack was willing to trade down out of the first when all of the top ILBs were gone, hoping Anthony would still be available. Unfortunately, he is not, so instead of reaching, the follow the packer way and add the talent Phillips at NT. BJ Raji is back, but there are no guarantees he will regain his form. Phillips is a guy who could completely replace Raji if necessary, but he can also work in tandem with him to keep the GB defensive front more fresh in games, and throughout the season.

35. Miami Dolphins via Oakland - Cameron Erving, C, FSU
Miami dealt down twice, adding assets, and now they add Erving. Erving is a first round talent, in part because of his flexibility to play at any position along the o-line. After moving to center from tackle this season, the Seminole standout would stay in state and allow for the Phins to move Mike Pouncey permanently to a guard position, immediately filling one of their biggest voids.

36. New Orleans via Jacksonville - Tre Jackson, OG, FSU
After allowing the Jags to move back into the first, the Saints fill the hole left by their trading away Ben Grubbs by selecting Tre Jackson. Jackson is a very strong interior lineman, who showed great improvement this year in Tallahassee. He projects well to the NFL, and should step in as a valuable piece in the Saints youth movement.

37. St Louis Rams via Tennessee via New York (Rams give up 2015 2nd and 5th) - Ereck Flowers, OT, Miami
The Titans got this pick from the Jets in the Mariotta deal, and now move it to St Louis. The Rams spend the 5 to move up a few spots to get Ereck Flowers who many believe has first round talent. With Jake Long now gone from St Louis, Greg Robinson will have to step outside, and Flowers can be the other tackle for this team. With both White and Flowers, the Rams offense will start to close the gap on their defense.

38. Washington Redskins - Andrus Peat, OT, Stanford
Uncharacteristically patient, the Skins let their new GM do his job, and he lands both Fowler and now Peat. Although I am not as high on Peat as many others are, I think the risk at adding him here is very low, and the value proposition tilts in the clubs favor. As such, Peat steps in to address a hole at RT for the rebuilding (again) Redskins.

39. Chicago Bears - Devin Funchess, WR, Michigan
The Bears sent Brandon Marshall to the Jets this offseason. Although happy to be free from his locker room presence, they still have to fill his big shoes on the field. Funchess is a former tight end who transitioned to receiver. His size and speed combination make him an intreguing prospect for the Bears to pair with Alshon on the other side.

40. San Francisco 49ers via Giants (Niners give up 2015 2nd and 4th)- Kevin Johnson, CB, Wake Forest
With Johnson still on the Board, the Niners jump on up by dealing with the Giants to acquire him with this pick. After filling the ILB hole, they still have needs to address at CB, DE, and WR. Johnson was overlooked because of the school he played at, but this kid can play and will give the new HC in San Fran a nice weapon on his defense.

41. Tennessee Titans via St Louis - Preston Smith, DE, Mississippi State
Ideally suited for a 4-3 DE, Preston Smith is big enough and a good enough athlete to fill the 3-4 DE position too. He shows an excellent nose for the ball, and stays in position well. Having already added both Malcolm Brown and DJ Humphries, the Titans are turning their second overall selection into a nice haul in this draft.

42. Atlanta Falcons - Maxx Williams, TE, Minnesota
Still searching for their answer after Gonzalez, the Falcons add the top TE from this draft class with this pick. He can catch passes well, can block too, and comes from an excellent NFL pedigree. With the weapons already in Atlanta, he should be just what the doctor ordered.

43. Cleveland Browns - Clive Walford, TE, Miami
Possibly a little early, the Browns jump on Walford after missing out on Maxx Williams. Walford is an excellent athlete with great size. He is still raw, and will take some time to develop, but Cleveland has that to offer, as they are not exactly in "win now" mode.

44. New Orleans Saints - Phillip Dorsett, WR, Miami
With Kenny Stills having been shipped of to Miami, and Marcus Colston getting a bit long in the tooth, the Saints have to add some more young weapons to the offense to pair with Brandin Cooks. I have Dorsett rated just a nudge higher than Brashaud Breeland, so the Miami speedster get the call to Nrw Orleans here.
45. Minnesota Vikings - TJ Clemming, OT, Pittsburgh
Minnesota is the beneficiary of the way the board falls here, and is able to add the athletic TJ Clemmings to their o-line. Clemmings is a bit raw, having only recently started playing on the offensive front, but he has talent and athleticism to build off of. Minnesota needs to become more stout in the trenches, and Clemmings could help them do that.

46. New York Giants via San Francisco 49ers - Derron Smith, S, Fresno State
The Giants gambled that trading down in the 2nd a few spots would still afford them the opportunity to land Preston Smith. Since Tennessee had other plans however, the G-men go to fill another need instead. Derron Smith is the second best safety on my board, and the Giants are absolutely bereft of talent at that position. Smith easily steps in as a starter on opening day in New York.

47. Miami Dolphins - Breshad Perriman, WR, UCF
After landing the flexible o-lineman Erving, earlier this round, the Phins now address a need on the offensive side of the ball. Brandon Gibson, Mike Wallace, and Brian Harline have all left Miami, so the Phins have to get some weapons to join Kenny Stills and Jarvis Landry. Some have Perriman as a first round talent. I don't but I still think he can be a very good 2 in the league.

48. San Diego Chargers - Laken Tomlinson, OG, Duke
With Melvin Gordon in the kitty, the Bolts have to get some studs up front to help pave his way. I have Laken Tomlinson as the second best OG behind Tre Jackson, and I think because of his high IQ and good technical play, he is a high floor guy who could be at minimum a long time quality starter in the league.

49. Kansas City Chiefs - James Sample, S, Louisville
Many think Gerod Holiman is the better safety prospect from Louisville, but I disagree. I think Sample's game translates better at the pro level, and I think he has the frame and athleticism needed to make it in the league. It is sad what has happened with Eric Berry in KC, but the Chiefs have to keep on going, and they now have a significant hole to fill.

50. Buffalo Bills - Shaq Thompson, LB, Washington
Thompson is another player who many have rated much higher than I do. I think Thompson could be good, but I am concerned about him having to still learn the position. Having said that Rex Ryan is one of the best teachers in the game, and Thompson's athletic prowess will have the Bills forgetting Kiko Alonso in no time.

51. Houston Texans - Devin Smith, WR, Ohio State
Smith showed that he could stretch a defense during his last season with the national champion Buckeyes. The Texans really need someone across from Nuk Hopkins who can do just that. This seems like a perfect pairing here in the second round.

52. Philadelphia Eagles - Carl Davis, DT, Kentucky
After trading up in the first to get their receiver, the Eagles sit tight in the second, and land a guys who could have easily gone much higher. Davis is a good football player who can play the 0 or 3 technique at the pro level. The Eagles will use him in multiple formations, so this flexibility will be of value to Chip Kelly and company.

53. Miami Dolphins via Cincinnati - Hau'oli Kikaha, LB, Washington
Having gotten this pick from Cincy for their trade in the first round, the Phins are able to land Kikaha here. This kid is an intense football player with an excellent motor. He doesn't have the measurables like some other guys in the class, but he plays the game with a tenacity and attitude which is infectious.

54. Detroit Lions - Byron Jones, CB, UConn
Jones is a freakish athlete, and his measurables are off the charts. This is why a lot of the experts feel like he will go at the bottom of the first round. I agree he can burn, but his technique needs some refinement, and the year off due to injury last season didn't help. I do think he can be an effective player in the NFL, I just suspect it will take a little time.

55. Arizona Cardinals - Brett Hundley, QB, UCLA
Carson Palmer is not young anymore, so the Cards need to start looking ahead. Hundley has a lot of good qualities, and he checks off all of the key physical boxes you look for in a QB. He just needs some time to develop. Giving him Bruce Arians as his coach, and Carson Palmer as his mentor should really aid in turning him into a quality NFL starter/

56. Pittsburgh Steelers - Cody Prewitt, S, Ole Miss
Th post Polomalu days are officially underway in the Steel City, and with Trae Waynes already drafted, the Steelers can add another safety who has really been moving up my board in Prewitt. Not initally rated this high, Prewitt really impressed me more with the more tape I watch of him. I think he would do well in Pittsburgh's rebuilding secondary.

57. Carolina Panthers - Cedric Ogbuehi, OT, TAMU
After losing out on their tackle in the first, the Panther capitalize here in round 2 with Ogbuehi. Jake Fisher will be another consideration, but at press, I still see Ogbuehi as a better value here. TAMU has been putting out some excellent talent under Kevin Sumlin, and although Ogbuehi is less heralded than some other recent Aggies, I think he can still develop into a good ball player.

58. Houston Texans via Baltimore - AJ Cann, OG, South Carolina
With the spoils from their first round trade, the Texans continue to fill holes, this time with Cann. Cann is one of the faster risers on many draft boards due to an exceptional pre-draft showing. He is a good technical guard who uses his hands and feet well. He would join a Texans squad who can still use some help up front as they try and rebuild the offense.

59. Atlanta Falcons via Denver (Niners give up 2015 3rd and 4th) - Ameer Abdullah, RB, Nebraksa
With Dallas up next and primed to select a RB, the Falcons make a move up the board to grab Abdullah who has maintained his position as the third best RB on my board. This RB class is deep but Abdullah runs very hard, making it hard to bring him down. In this offense, he would be an excellent partner to Devonta Freeman as the future of the Falcons backfield.

60. Dallas Cowboys - Tevin Coleman, RB, Indiana
Tevin Coleman is an intriguing prospect, especially when one considers how much he accomplished this past season, and a poor school, WITH A BROKEN FOOT. Seriously, imagine what this kid could do when healthy behind the top o-line in the league. Just as Murray was able to emerge as a pro behind this line after injuries held him back, so too should Coleman.

61. Indianapolis Colts - Hroniss Grasu, C, Oregon
After addressing a position of luxury in round 1 with Gurley, the Colts spend their round 2 pick on a position of need. The athletic Grasu will have some learning to do to adapt to Pep Hamilton's system, which is a bit different than the Kelly / Helfirch system he knew at Oregon, but when he adapts, he could be a great asset to the best young signal caller in the league.

62. New York Giants via Green Bay (Niners give up 2015 3rd and 4th) - Xavier Cooper, DT, Washington State
After trading down in the first, the Packers repeat the act here in round two adding an extra pick in the 4th for their troubles. The Giants on the other hand, come up to address their need on their defensive front with Cooper, who has been moving quickly up my draft board. Cooper is an excellent fit in the Giants defense, so this seems to be a worthwhile risk for New York.

63. Seattle Seahawks - Josue Matias, OG, FSU
After giving up their first pick in this draft and their excellent center to acquire Jimmy Graham, the Hawks have some serious holes on their offensive line. Matias played alongside some exceptional talent at FSU, and now will be able to join some exceptional talent in Seattle. This is a need filling pick for John Schneider who typically makes his bones in the middle rounds.

64. New England Patriots - PJ Williams, CB, FSU
Williams has fallen down my board this offseason because of some poor decision making, having gotten in trouble for DUI. If you can't control yourself pre-draft, what makes us think you will do so once you get paid. Nothing. Still, Williams is a talent, and Belichick is not afraid to give troubled guys second chances.
